Asset Health to Provide Online Healthcare Courses to Employees

TROY, MICH., (February 15, 2008) – Asset Health, Inc. (“Asset Health”) announced that it has partnered with TRW Automotive Holdings Corporation (NYSE:TRW) in an innovative approach to help employees improve their health, while reducing long-term health care costs.

Asset Health will assist TRW Automotive in expanding interest in its employees’ health and productivity by providing a series of interactive/multimedia online courses to its employees. These online courses are coordinated with assessments that help employees better recognize areas where they can improve their health care understanding and abilities.

“This partnership with Asset Health allows us the ability to offer a robust employee-wide health education platform to help our employees and their families become more aware of the importance of their good health” said Shelly Iacobelli, Director, Pensions & Benefits for TRW Automotive. “We felt it was critical to provide employees with the best tools and solutions available so that they can invest in their most valuable asset― their health.”

“We are excited about helping TRW Automotive deliver a critical message to their employees: Your health is your most valuable asset,” said Mike Creal, Vice President of Asset Health. “But also important is helping employees understand how to take advantage of TRW Automotive benefit resources — a Health Savings Account (HSA)or a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)—Employees who are engaged in their health care are potentially more financially secure, which is good for them and for TRW Automotive. ”

Knowledge Management (“KM”) is a process to help organizations engage their entire employee population in the management of health and healthcare. KM uses visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning methods that are designed to help increase retention and promote behavior change. KM incorporates video, audio, content, and interactive exercises as a means of creating higher levels of interaction with employees.

“The tools we provide employees are rooted in cognitive science and are about helping employees realize the importance of their and their family’s health.” said Creal. “We’re not just providing information — there’s already plenty available in the marketplace — it’s about empowering individuals so that they can make better healthcare decisions.”

Asset Health is a knowledge management company that enables businesses to fully engage their employees, through meaningful education, in the delivery and management of their health/healthcare. This is accomplished through a combination of interactive, online courses; adaptive testing; incentives; and ongoing employee communication. Asset Health’s objective is to help employers create a cultural change in which employees become actively responsible for their healthcare and recognize that their health is their most valuable asset.
